Refund Policy

Requesting a refund

If you need to cancel a registration and request a refund of your delegate or delegation fee (currently $10 per delegate, plus $30 per delegation), contact a Secretary-General below with your name, the school or delegation you registered under, and the email address used at checkout. Refund requests are reviewed by the Secretariat on a case-by-case basis.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Card processing fees already charged by Stripe on the original payment are not refundable to AHPMUN and may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refund windows and eligibility

The specific deadlines and circumstances under which a refund is available (for example, a cutoff date before the conference, or exceptions for emergencies) are set by the Secretariat and will be published here. Until then, reach out directly and we will let you know what is possible for your situation.
